Agent Leadership Council / ALC

The Agent Leadership Council or the (ALC) is the most direct way that agents can influence the priorities and environment of the offices they work in. The ALC is comprised of agent leaders selected from the top 20% of producers in the office.  The ALC works in tandem with office leadership to determine the direction of the market center and make key administrative decisions. We are an education based company. This is evident by the amount of training available to our associates.  The commitment to education is evident as you walk through our office.
